Our priority is customer satisfaction, so here is how you can return an item if it just doesn't work for you. We want you to be happy!
If you wish to try a different size in the item or a completely different item, then please place your new order before the item sells out. Then, you may return the item that does not work for you. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a full refund. If a return is received between 10-30 days, then customer will receive a store credit. After 30 days, there are no returns. Customer responsible for return shipping. The item must be in its original and new condition. If an item is returned with any signs of wear or damage, then there is no refund and the customer will pay shipping costs if they wish to have it returned. All returns will be processed within 5 days. At that time, you will receive your refund or a store credit. Please include a copy of your receipt(s) and the reason for your return.
If any item arrives to you damaged, then please contact us immediately. If damage is due to the shipping carrier, then please contact the carrier.
