Return Policy

Any returns begin with an email to for a return authorization.

Our priority is customer satisfaction, so we have a store policy that is as follows:  We accept store returns for full refund up to 5 days from purchase WITH RECEIPT.  From 5 to 10 days, you can exchange or receive store credit WITH RECEIPT.  All items must have original tags and no signs of wear or damage.  After 10 days, we cannot accept the items back.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Customer responsible for return shipping.   The item must be in its original and new condition. If an item is returned with any signs of wear or damage, then there is no refund.  All returns will be processed within 5 days.  At that time, you will receive your refund or a store credit.  Please include a copy of your receipt(s) and the reason for your return.  

If any item arrives to you damaged, then please contact us immediately.  If damage is due to the shipping carrier, then please contact the carrier.
